Andrew Hutchings is an Associate Attorney at Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara LLP in the Los Angeles area. His practice focuses on civil litigation, with an emphasis on general liability and insurance defense matters. He represents clients through all phases of litigation, including case assessment, discovery, law and motion, and resolution strategy.
Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Hutchings worked in theatrical distribution at major studios, including Universal Pictures and Paramount Pictures. He ultimately served as a Director, negotiating exhibition agreements and managing strategic partnerships. This background informs his practical, business-minded approach to litigation and client advocacy.
Mr. Hutchings earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School. He served as a Teaching Assistant for Contract Law and Legal Writing and participated in the Negotiation Honors Program, where he was a finalist in a national competition. He also contributed to the development of negotiation exercises and mentored law students in analytical and advocacy skills. He is licensed to practice in the State of California.
