Ava Vahdat is a Partner in the Los Angeles office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara. Ms. Vahdat has extensive experience handling high exposure and complex cases during all aspects of the case. Ms. Vahdat also supervises a team of associates in the Los Angeles office.
Ms. Vahdat’s practice at the firm is focused on complex civil litigation, including construction defect, general liability, and habitability cases.
In her construction defect practice, Ms. Vahdat defends developers, general contractors, and subcontractors of all trades regarding their work on residential and commercial properties. In Ms. Vahdat’s general liability and habitability practice, she defends individuals and all entity types including small businesses, large companies, non-profit organizations, etc. These high exposure cases and serious injury cases stem from claims of negligence, premises liability, products liability, wrongful death, habitability (landlord/tenant disputes), fraud, misrepresentation, contract disputes, uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM/UIM) claims, and more.
Ms. Vahdat attended the University of California, Berkeley where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Ms. Vahdat went on to attend Chapman University School of Law with an Academic Merit Scholarship. Ms. Vahdat earned her Juris Doctor and was recognized with a Commitment to Service Award.
