Bryan Stofferahn

Bryan Stofferahn is the Managing Partner of the Walnut Creek office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP. He is an experienced trial attorney who focuses his practice on commercial litigation and insurance defense, with a demonstrated track record of successfully taking cases from inception through verdict.

Bryan has extensive courtroom experience involving personal injury, premises liability, construction defect, business and commercial disputes, and other complex general liability matters. He has served as trial counsel for small business owners, large corporations, and individual clients, and is known for his strategic preparation, persuasive advocacy, and command of complex factual and legal issues before judges and juries. A disciplined yet collaborative litigator, Bryan approaches each case with a trial-ready mindset, developing practical strategies designed to position his clients for success, whether at mediation, arbitration, or in the courtroom.

Bryan earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Santa Clara University in 1998 and his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2002.
