Jonathan A. Kaplan is a Partner at the Orange County office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP. He focuses his practice on general liability defense and construction litigation matters.
Mr. Kaplan earned his Juris Doctorate from Chapman University School of Law where he received a certificate in Environmental, Land use and Real Estate law. While attending Chapman, Mr. Kaplan was an active participant in the Entertainment & Sports Law Society.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kaplan practiced with a small firm in Santa Ana where he gained extensive exposure and experience in general civil litigation, corporate law, business litigation, employment law, real estate law, bankruptcy and probate and estate planning matters.
Mr. Kaplan routinely participates in Orange County Bar Association sponsored volunteer events.
Mr. Kaplan’s hobbies and interests include long-distance/peak hiking, golf and meteorology.
Mr. Kaplan is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California and the United States District Court, Central District of California.
