L. Claire Foster is an Associate Attorney in the Newport Beach office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP. She dedicates her practice solely to Family Law.
Ms. Foster graduated from the University of California, Irvine (UCI) School of Law in 2025 and was admitted to the State Bar of California the same year. While at UCI, she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the UC Irvine Law Review, as a Community Fellow, and as an Admission Ambassador. Ms. Foster earned several awards for her extensive pro bono work including Most Pro Bono Hours of her graduating class and was on the Association of American Law Schools Pro Bono Honor Roll for 2025. She also earned the Dean’s Award for Trial Advocacy and the Faculty Award for Domestic Violence Clinic.
Ms. Foster earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Puget Sound.
When she is not working, Ms. Foster enjoys spending time with her family, knitting, and baking.
