Daniel Barnes is an Associate with Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP in the firm’s Walnut Creek office. Prior to joining BWB&O, Daniel represented plaintiffs in automotive, premises liability, and landlord/tenant disputes. Daniel also worked on a variety of complex multidistrict litigations, including class-action torts, Qui tam, antitrust, and data privacy breach cases.
During law school, Daniel defended indigent defendants facing criminal charges in Indiana. Later, Daniel volunteered to provide legal services to the Cesar Chavez Foundation in Salinas, California.
Prior to law school, Daniel earned his undergraduate degree in Integrative Biology and worked for five years at a pharmaceutical Company.
In his free time, Daniel enjoys playing several musical instruments and continues to practice.
