Mr. Carollo has practiced law for 35 years specializing in first and third party coverage analysis and general liability defense, both of bodily injury and construction defect related property damage cases. He has tried several cases before juries to their conclusion and has extensive experience in arbitrations, mediations, and depositions.
Mr. Carollo was formerly a partner at Cummins & White in Newport Beach for 13 years. He also worked in-house at Travelers Insurance Company in Diamond Bar for 7 years as a coverage attorney, and spent 10 years with Bullard Brown & Beal in Fullerton as a coverage and litigation defense attorney.
Mr. Carollo has been a temporary judge with the Orange County Superior Court for over 15 years concentrating on overseeing mandatory settlement conferences as the mediator/judge.
