Jeffrey W. Saab is a Partner with Bremer, Whyte, Brown & O’Meara, LLP in its Nevada office. Mr. Saab also served three terms as a Las Vegas Municipal Court Judge Pro Tempore.
Mr. Saab attended Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida on a partial academic scholarship. During law school, he earned the Book Award in Commercial Law and Mediation for the highest grades in those classes. Mr. Saab also earned the Delta Theta Phi Academic Award (2004-2007) for outstanding academic achievement.
He successfully served two terms as a Delta Theta Phi Senator, and volunteered his time and energies to such organizations as the Salvation Army, Junior Achievement USA, and the Cub Scouts. Mr. Saab graduated from law school in 2008, and he was admitted to the Nevada Bar the same year.
Mr. Saab has concentrated his practice in the fields of insurance defense, general civil litigation, and complex construction litigation where he has negotiated numerous multi-million dollar settlements. Mr. Saab has argued motions for both personal injury and construction cases, some of which involved matters of first impression before the Nevada District Court, with favorable rulings for his clients.
He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, American Judges Association, American Inns of Court, and the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity.
