Jennifer Viney is an Associate Attorney in the Woodland Hills office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara. Her practice focuses on civil litigation, including general liability with a focus on real property matters.
Ms. Viney earned her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in English with an emphasis in Critical Theory from University of California, Los Angeles. While in law school, she wrote for an edited Pepperdine’s 50 State Real Estate Survey which provided investors working across property types legal and financial metrics to aid in making sophisticated business decisions.
Prior to joining Bremer Whyte, Ms. Viney practiced many types of civil litigation, including business litigation and personal injury, while deepening her real estate practice.
Prior to attending Pepperdine, Ms. Viney worked for over a decade as an escrow officer for specialty transactions in Los Angeles County and Orange County. Her specialties included trusts, probate, beneficiary buy-outs, transfer of real property in litigation, and reverse mortgages.
In her spare time, she enjoys watching Lakers games, going to the Getty, and curating extensive themed playlists to listen to on the way to the beach.
