Kristina E. Myers is an associate attorney at Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP’s Denver office. Ms. Myers focuses her practice on civil litigation and general liability matters, representing clients across a wide range of disputes, including breach of contract claims, commercial auto and trucking litigation, and premises liability cases. Moreover, she has substantial experience litigating Colorado premises liability actions, where she regularly defends business owners and contractors against claims arising from alleged dangerous conditions on properties. Ms. Myers also frequently represents construction professionals in construction defect litigation, navigating the complexities of Colorado’s construction law landscape.
Her practice is rooted in a strategic, results-driven approach to high-stakes litigation – working hard each and every time to get her clients out of harm’s way. She has represented the interests of businesses at all levels, from smaller, locally owned businesses to publicly traded Fortune 500 companies.
Ms. Myers earned her bachelor’s degree in political science, with a minor in Spanish, from Baylor University. She thereafter received her Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law and graduated cum laude.
Outside of her practice, Ms. Myers enjoys cheering on the Baylor Bears, reading, snowboarding, and spending time with her family, friends, and two dogs.
