Nicholas Rodriguez is a Partner in the Newport Beach office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara. Mr. Rodriguez earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of California, Los Angeles in 2014. Thereafter, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law in 2018.
During law school, Mr. Rodriguez was the Student Bar Association Student Affairs & Alumni Committee Co-Chair and participated in various legal clinics providing pro-bono services to members of the community. Additionally, he gained valuable litigation experience while working as a clerk for various civil litigation firms focused on different areas of law, and also worked in-house on the Business & Legal Affairs team of several southern California companies. Now at BWBO, his practice focuses on representing, advising, and defending clients in complex construction defect matters, as well as personal injury and wrongful death claims.
In his free time, Mr. Rodriguez enjoys watching and playing soccer, training for marathons, and spending time with family and friends.
