Ms. Slaton is a Bay Area native, raised in Richmond, CA. She completed her undergraduate education at University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with emphasis in political theory and comparative politics.
During law school, Ms. Slaton served as President of the Black Law Student Association and as Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Finance at the Santa Clara Business Chronicle. Ms. Slaton graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law in May 2024 and was admitted to the California Bar in February 2025.
In her free time, she enjoys camping and hiking, journaling, and discovering new coffeehouses.
