Sukayna Jaidi is an associate in the Newport Beach office where her practice is focused on civil litigation and General Liability. She received her B.A. in Criminology, Law & Society, magna cum laude, from the University of California Irvine in 2017 where she was a part of the school’s Campuswide Honors Program. While at UCI, she interned at the Orange County Public Defender’s Office at the Harbor Justice Center.
Ms. Jaidi received her J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law in 2020. While in law school, Ms. Jaidi participated in Moot Court. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Theodor C. Albert and interned in-house at St. John Knits Inc. of California in Irvine. Her Pro Bono project during law school was with IRAP, where she successfully argued for a client’s refugee status and resettlement.
