NDY provides a multitude of programs for kids such as counseling, tutoring, assisting in career goals, encouraging self-esteem, music, art, and dance classes. They focus on maintaining positive values and empowering youth in foster care programs to transition out and bring confidence to kids who come from gang violence. The organization also provides legal services for domestic violence issues and anti-graffiti programs.
