Allocation of Responsibility in Construction Claims: Sometimes the responsibility for a construction claim is straightforward and there is no question about who or what is responsible; for instance, which trade is responsible for a leaking roof or window? Often there is a question and if there is, we have a process for analyzing the claim, figuring out who should be involved, allocating responsibility, and packaging claims against the responsible parties. The analysis often includes a combination of indisputable “science” and the “art” of applying professional judgment or expert opinions.

Allocation of Responsibility in Construction Claims is for everyone who needs to understand how the responsibility for construction claims should be distributed to the responsible parties. The program is for construction, insurance, legal, and property professionals.
