Plaintiff contends he sustained physical and psychological injuries when he allegedly consumed a hazardous object hidden within a prepackaged food item. Plaintiff reported the incident to various governmental agencies and made posts about it on social media. Following an intense round of discovery, and Plaintiff’s motion to strike our client’s answer, which Mr. Saab defeated during oral argument, the matter proceeded to arbitration. During the arbitration, Mr. Saab and Mr. Swift were able to demonstrate that their client did not breach any duty of care owed to Plaintiff and that contrary to Plaintiff’s contention, the object in question was not hazardous, resulting in a complete defense verdict.
