Congratulation to Partners Keith Bremer and Rachel Mihai and Associate Ryan Tikker on a Successful Trial

Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara is proud to announce that Partners Keith Bremer, Rachel Mihai and Associate Ryan Tikker successfully defended the City of Beverly Hills and a police officer in a car collision lawsuit. The defendants/City admitted liability for the accident, leaving the trial solely focused on what amount of damages to award plaintiffs.

The full trial was webcasted on gavel-to-gavel by Courtroom View Network, which is the only news organization in the country dedicated to uninterrupted video coverage of civil trials. Video of the trial is available to CVN subscribers both live and on-demand.

In an order approving CVN’s request to film the trial, Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Frederick Shaller recognized the professional and educational benefits of seeing such highly-credentialed trial lawyers take a case to a jury.

“The live-streaming of this trial will be of interest to the legal community due to the high quality of trial attorneys, their degree of preparation and the expertise of the witnesses to be called,” Judge Shaller wrote.
