Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP is excited to share that Cecilia Leineweber and John O’Meara have obtained summary judgment in a contentious dental malpractice case.
Cecelia and John established to the court that a resident dentist at the client’s dental office was an independent contractor, and that nothing the client’s dental staff did or omitted to do was negligent. Plaintiff argued negligence, negligent hiring and supervision, fraud and misrepresentation, and intentional infliction of emotional distress, but the Court found no merit to the contentions and entered judgment for Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara’s client.
BWB&O is pleased to have obtained this result for its client.
