Angie V. Phung is an Associate at the Newport Beach office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP. Ms. Phung was born in Michigan and moved to California at the age of 10. She obtained her B.A. in Criminology, Law and Society from the University of California, Irvine. Following college, Ms. Phung worked for several Members of the United States Congress in Washington, D.C. prior to attending law school at the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon. During law school, Ms. Phung attended a study abroad program at Tulane Law School with the late Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia. Ms. Phung also holds licenses as a California real estate broker and California insurance broker for Property/Casualty and Life insurance.
As a practicing attorney, Ms. Phung has a proven track record of achievement and true passion for all aspects of litigation, consulting and business. Ms. Phung was a plaintiff’s employment attorney for over ten years specializing in the area of wage and hour litigation for both individual and class action cases. Ms. Phung’s areas of specialty include employment matters, business litigation, real estate transactions and litigation, contract management, negotiations, business development, marketing, corporate governance, and general liability defense.
Ms. Phung was admitted to the State Bar of California in December 2005 and is admitted to practice before all of the United States District Courts of California.
