Kristina Pfeifer is an associate attorney in Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara LLP’s Encinitas office. Ms. Pfeifer is admitted to the State of California, as well as the Southern District Federal Court. She has practiced law throughout the State of California, as well as in Federal Court.
Ms. Pfeifer has extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation handling matters from intake through successful bench and jury trials and appeal. Ms. Pfeifer’s experience includes serving as counsel on all types of civil matters. Her practice has included, but has not been limited to, cases involving traumatic brain injury, wrongful death, premises liability, real estate and neighbor disputes, construction, asbestos, medical devices, trucking and transportation, and motor vehicle accidents. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury matters providing her a comprehensive perspective from both sides of a case.
Upon graduating from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice Administration with Honors, Ms. Pfeifer attended and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law.
In her free time, Ms. Pfeifer volunteered for Big Brothers and Sisters for nine years, her church and various other charitable organizations. She also enjoys golfing, reading, hiking, and cooking.
