Christina Batsakis is an Associate Attorney in the San Diego office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP. Ms. Batsakis dedicates her practice solely to Family Law.
Ms. Batsakis is certified as a Family Law Specialist by the California Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California. Ms. Batsakis has extensive experience handling all aspects of family law matters, including dissolution of marriage, custody, support issues, property division, enforcement, post-judgment matters, and domestic violence restraining orders.
Ms. Batsakis has exclusively practiced family law since she was admitted to the California State Bar. She is passionate about family law and is a dedicated advocate for her clients during one of the most challenging times in their lives.
Ms. Batsakis graduated from the University of San Diego, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Spanish, with a minor in Philosophy. Ms. Batsakis earned her Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law in 2019. During law school, she was on the Dean’s List and received the California Western Admissions Academic Scholarship for all three years. She also received various awards, including the Public Service Honors Society Award, Pro Bono Honors Society Award, and the Wiley W. Manuel Certificate for Pro Bono Legal Services. Ms. Batsakis was admitted to the California State Bar in March of 2020 and is a member of the San Diego Family Law Bar Association.
Ms. Batsakis was born and raised in Southern California. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and two rescue dogs, Monkey and Pearl.
