Gianna N. Liddy is an Associate Attorney in BWB&O’s Encinitas office, where she focuses on complex civil defense litigation. Admitted to the California State Bar in 2017, Ms. Liddy represents insurers, self-insured entities, businesses, and property owners in a broad range of high-exposure civil litigation matters.
Ms. Liddy earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Business Law, from California State University, Northridge, graduating cum laude. She earned her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, where she attended on a full academic scholarship. Prior to joining BWB&O in 2019, Ms. Liddy practiced employment law before transitioning to civil defense, where she found a passion for representing businesses and helping clients navigate complex legal disputes.
Ms. Liddy’s practice includes high-exposure personal injury, premises liability, transportation, construction defect, habitability, and general liability matters.
