Iva K. Todorova

Iva K. Todorova is an associate at Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP in the Las Vegas office. Her practice mainly focuses on insurance defense, including but not limited to general liability, premises liability, and bad faith defense. Ms. Todorova zealously represents her clients while endeavoring to maintain a professional relationship with opposing counsel.

Ms. Todorova was born in Bulgaria and immigrated to the United States as a child. Settling in Las Vegas, Nevada, she grew up watching her parents work extremely hard to build a new life instilling in Ms. Todorova the value of unwavering determination, hard work, and utmost dedication to achieving set goals. Ms. Todorova applies these values in her everyday work by relentlessly striving to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients during each stage of litigation.

Ms. Todorova obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, magna cum laude, from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She then attended Boyd School of Law in Las Vegas where she received her J.D. and graduated cum laude in the top third of her class. During law school, Ms. Todorova’s unwavering determination to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients allowed her to successfully contribute to a first impression forum selection clause appeal in front of the Nevada Supreme Court (currently controlling law in Nevada) as well as obtaining a favorable decision in a Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals retaliation claim.

Prior to joining Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara LLP, Ms. Todorova practiced complex litigation by defending builders, developers, general contractors in commercial and residential construction defect matters, as well as insurance defense including general liability, catastrophic injury, premise liability, and bad faith defense in state and federal court.

During her free time, Ms. Todorova enjoys reading to enhance her knowledge and spending time with her husband, daughter, family and her Golden Retriever, Haze. Together, they love traveling and exploring nature, and experiencing new places to make new unforgettable memories.
