Alexis Yudin is an experienced civil litigator with a focus on construction defect and business litigation. She earned her Juris Doctor and Master’s in Business Administration degrees from Santa Clara University in December 2020, following her undergraduate studies in Psychology at the University of California, San Diego. While pursuing her joint JD/MBA degrees, Ms. Yudin clerked for a prominent construction litigator in the San Francisco Bay Area. She later joined the practice as an associate attorney, where she handled complex litigation matters from pre-litigation through trial. Upon graduating from Santa Clara University, Ms. Yudin earned a High Tech Law Certificate, with honors.
Ms. Yudin has represented business entities, general contractors, and real property owners in a wide range of disputes, including contractual claims, construction defects, and commercial torts. She brings a practical and solutions-oriented approach to litigation, with an emphasis on efficiency, clear communication, and achieving favorable outcomes for her clients.
Outside of the office, Ms. Yudin enjoys attending sporting events with her husband and taking long walks with their dog.
