Kaylah Abdullah is an Associate Attorney with Bremer, Whyte, Brown & O’Meara, LLP, in its Los Angeles office. She handles complex civil litigation matters and is extremely committed to ensuring effective representation of her clients.
Ms. Abdullah earned her Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, LA, where she graduated Cum Laude. While in law school, Ms. Abdullah served as a judicial extern for Chief Judge John M. Guidry of the Louisiana Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Erin Wilder-Doomes of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Louisiana. Ms. Abdullah also served as an Editor on the Journal of Race, Gender & Poverty. She received CALI Awards for her excellent achievement and highest markings in the studies of Appellate Advocacy and Voting Rights Litigation. On campus, Ms. Abdullah served as Student Ambassador and as the Treasurer of the Women in Law Society.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Abdullah earned her Bachelor of Arts & Sciences in Interdisciplinary Studies, with an emphasis in Political Science, Sociology, and Africana Studies from San Diego State University.
Ms. Abdullah enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends, going on walks with her dog, traveling, cooking, and working out.
