Joseph Roskelley attended Brigham Young University, Idaho, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in interdisciplinary studies, studying philosophy and electrical engineering. In 2019, Mr. Roskelley received his Juris Doctor degree from BYU’s J. Reuben Clark Law School.
Prior to starting law school, Mr. Roskelley completed an internship with the Nevada U.S. magistrate judge, the Honorable Judge Hoffman. During Law School, he was an active member of the Student Intellectual Property Law Association.
Prior to joining Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, Mr. Roskelley gained experience in construction litigation, business litigation, and business transactional work, serving as outside counsel for companies in the valley in matters of corporate governance, equity transfers, and contract drafting. Mr. Roskelley is a member of the State Bar of Nevada.
