Kim Davis is an associate attorney in the Newport Beach Office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP. She dedicates her practice to Family Law.
Ms. Davis earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
Ms. Davis earned her Juris Doctorate from Western State College of Law in 2022, where she graduated summa cum laude and as valedictorian. During her time at Western State, Ms. Davis served as Editor-In-Chief for the school’s law review and as a Dean’s Fellow. Ms. Davis also earned Witkin Awards for Contracts I, Constitutional Law I & II, and Negotiations, as well as a CALI Award in Domestic Violence.
Prior to being admitted to the California State Bar, Ms. Davis worked as a family law paralegal for a combined eight years and as an AmeriCorps graduate fellow with the Los Angeles Superior Court’s family law self-help centers.
Ms. Davis was born and raised in Southern California and enjoys spending time with friends and family, and going on long walks and hikes with her rescue dog.
