Linda Moyer is an Associate Attorney based in the Encinitas office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP.
Ms. Moyer earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University San Marcos. Subsequently, she went on to obtain her Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. During her time at law school, Ms. Moyer distinguished herself both academically and through her commitment to community service. She was actively involved in the Women’s Law Association Club. Additionally, she dedicated her time to the Veterans Legal Assistance Clinical Program, providing pro bono legal assistance to indigent veterans. Her exceptional work in the clinic earned her the CALI award, and she achieved the Dean’s List honors for her outstanding academic achievements.
Before joining Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, Ms. Moyer gained valuable experience in various legal roles. She served as a law clerk at a family law office, a legal secretary at an estate planning firm, and a paralegal at an intellectual property office. These experiences have provided her with a well-rounded perspective and a solid foundation in different areas of law.
