Lawrence Weiss is an attorney in the firm’s Walnut Creek, California office. Mr. Weiss has spent the majority of his career defending insurance companies in a wide range of contexts such as personal injury, construction defect, premises liability, employment, and public entity defense. Mr. Weiss prides himself on the results he achieves for his clients through his aggressive yet amicable approach to litigation.
Mr. Weiss received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of San Francisco, where he was also a member of the University’s honors in business and honors in the humanities cohorts. Thereafter, Mr. Weiss went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University, School of Law.
Since becoming a member of the California bar, Mr. Weiss has achieved hundreds of favorable results for his clients in both administrative and civil litigation contexts.
