Mark P. Melmed

Mark Melmed is an associate attorney in the Denver office, where he practices general liability litigation.

Mark received his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland with a concentration on business law. While in law school, Mark interned in the Denver District Court, at a Baltimore-based law firm, and in the Colorado Administrative Courts. Mark also competed in and was team captain for his school in the 30th and 31st Annual Duberstein Moot Court Competitions.

Prior to joining Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP, Mark worked at a regional law firm where he managed complex civil and commercial litigation matters pending in Colorado, California, and Texas state courts and several federal district courts. Following law school, Mark also worked at boutique firm, located in Denver, specializing in small business bankruptcies. There, Mark gained experience in creditor-debtor workouts, real estate transactions, and commercial litigation.

Mark is an alumnus of the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) and completed a semester program in Patagonia, Chile before earning his Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Maryland.

Outside of the office, Mark (a former Breckenridge ski instructor) enjoys skiing, road biking, and exploring the greater Denver area.
