Scott Ulm was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and raised in Reno, Nevada. After graduating from Wooster High, Mr. Ulm moved to Las Vegas, NV to attend UNLV. While at UNLV, he studied a variety of science and literature based courses and ultimately graduated with a Bachelor of Arts – English degree.
Mr. Ulm then transitioned from a FedEx package handler, a position he held during his final year of college, to a FedEx Service Manager. After several years in the trenches, Mr. Ulm was promoted to Senior Manager of the Las Vegas FedEx Home Delivery terminal. As a Senior Manager, he won multiple divisional and regional awards, as well as the company’s most prestigious, the Five Star Award.
Mr. Ulm eventually left FedEx to pursue his dream – becoming an attorney. He left Las Vegas to attend the Thomas M. Cooley Law School, where he focused on litigation and ultimately graduated, cum laude. In lieu of his last semester of law school, Mr. Ulm externed with the Clark County District Attorney – Civil Division where he did extensive research and writing on a number of issues including labor laws and medical marijuana law enforcement. In 2012, he passed the Nevada Bar and joined Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP (BWBO). While at BWBO, Mr. Ulm has gained a wealth of litigation experience and has become known as an efficient and aggressive litigator. He has participated in multiple trials and complex arbitrations. He has also participated in countless Mediations and Mandatory Settlement Conferences achieving favorable results for his clients.
