Shanna B. Carter is an associate at the Las Vegas, Nevada office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara LLP.
Ms. Carter attended William S. Boyd School of Law. During law school, she earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Lawyering Process II, Negotiation, and Privacy and Drones for the highest grade in those classes. Ms. Carter also received the award for outstanding student in the 2017 Summer Immigration Community Service Program and externed for the University Medical Center.
Prior to law school, Ms. Carter attended Purdue University on a track and field scholarship where she received her undergraduate degree in Public Relations. While attending Purdue University, Ms. Carter earned numerous awards, including a silver medal for her second-place finish in the heptathlon at the Big Ten Outdoor Track & Field Championships. Ms. Carter then obtained a Master of Education at the University of Rio Grande, where she worked as a graduate assistant coaching sprinters for the university’s track and field program.
In her free time, Ms. Carter enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and attending professional and semi-professional sporting events in Las Vegas.
