JP has been with BWB&O since 2016 and has been practicing law since 2012. He is licensed to practice in California and the U.S. District Courts. JP’s practice with the firm focuses on wrongful death lawsuits, high exposure cases, and serious injury claims. He has represented high-profile clients in numerous matters stemming from claims of premises liability, dangerous conditions, misrepresentation, fraud, products liability, and construction defects. On behalf of the firm, he has developed new and ongoing relationships with several government entities, contractors, and local businesses. He also supervises and manages associates in both the Downtown San Diego office and the Encinitas office.
In his free time, JP enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, playing golf, and traveling!
Casey Nathan has been an associate with BWB&O since 2018 in the Woodland Hills, California office. He is licensed to practice law in the State of California, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California, and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Casey focuses his practice in the areas of civil litigation and catastrophic injury claims and disputes. He has a diverse practice background that includes complex civil litigation, employment law, medical malpractice, and administrative law, and has had the privilege of representing business owners, contractors, and medical professionals.
In his free time, Casey enjoys watching sports, traveling, and spending time with his family.
