Rachel Mihai and Keith Bremer will present on the topic: “Americans With Disability Act (ADA), Unruh and Fair Housing”. The panel will discuss the scope and purpose of these acts (ADA, FHA, FEHA and Unruh) and issues that may impact real estate transactions, real estate rental, necessary disclosures, business internet sites, accessibility issues, insurance issues and damages.
