PLC is a pro-bono law firm that provides access to justice for low-income residents of Orange County, CA. Nicole is a litigator with 32 years of experience and has been a part of PLC’s leadership group for over a decade.

PLC is the largest non-profit law firm headquartered in Orange County. The organization has provided low-income and vulnerable residents with legal access to justice since 1981. Most recently, PLC’s incredible staff and volunteers provided 65,000 hours of free legal services in handling 4,500 cases. The estimated value of this work is roughly $60 million in just the past three years.
Nicole and BWB&O’s involvement with PLC began over 11 years ago. Nicole has been a longstanding member of PLC’s Executive Board. She has sponsored numerous events for PLC and has helped spread awareness of PLC’s mission to raise critical funds for Orange County residents in need. She is also a member of the Sonenshine Pro Bono Opportunities Committee in Orange County, which is comprised of attorneys and judges that provide Pro Bono legal opportunities to newer members of the Orange County Bar, by matching attorneys with potential Pro Bono clients.
Nicole has an AV rating in Martindale-Hubbell and has been consistently named a California “Super Lawyer” for the last 12 years. Best Lawyers in America has ranked her family law firm as a “Best Law Firm” and Nicole has been recognized by “Best Lawyers in America” for her work in family law.
