Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP is proud to announce its most recent success on a Family Law Pro Bono matter received through the Public Law Center.
On the day of trial, Associate Jocelyn Russo negotiated an outstanding result for her client, which included additional timeshare with the minor children, a termination of spousal support, and a child support order that was commensurate with their client’s actual earnings.
Founding Partner Nicole Whyte is a member of the Public Law Center’s Board of Directors which is comprised of a diverse array of leaders from Orange County’s top law firms, businesses and representatives of community organizations. Jocelyn Russo is also a Committee Member of the organization. The Public Law Center is a pro-bono law firm that provides access to justice for immigrants, minorities, veterans, seniors, children and low-income residents of Orange County. Last year, the Public Law Center provided over 65,000 hours of free legal services in handling over 4,500 cases.
