Erin Tomlinson is an Associate Attorney in the San Diego office of Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP. She dedicates her practice solely to Family Law.
Ms. Tomlinson graduated from Lewis & Clark College, earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Affairs. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in 2006 and was admitted to the State Bar of California that same year. Ms. Tomlinson has been certified as a Family Law Specialist by the California Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California since 2012.
Since her admission to the State Bar of California in 2006, Ms. Tomlinson has focused her practice solely on Family Law, with experience in all areas of Family Law, including complex property matters, international custody disputes, complex discovery, writs and appeals of family law issues.
Ms. Tomlinson is also admitted to the United State Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit as well as the United States District Court, Southern District of California.
Ms. Tomlinson resides in San Diego with her husband, son, and Thor the pug.
