Patricia Tagufa is an Associate Attorney at Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara LLP, practicing in the firm’s Encinitas office.
Ms. Tagufa earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from San Diego State University in 2015. Before attending law school, she gained valuable litigation experience working as a paralegal at a boutique law firm. In 2018, through scholarships, Ms. Tagufa attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law where she actively served and participated in advocacy and leadership programs such as the national trial team, national moot court team, and the Student Bar Association. In 2020, she earned her Juris Doctorate, and in 2021, she was admitted to the California Bar.
Outside of her legal practice, she looks forward to spending time with her husband and their chiweenie, her family and friends, and enjoys traveling, cooking, and binge-watching her favorite shows. She also helps international students and foreign attorneys prepare for the California Bar Exam. Ms. Tagufa is fluent in Tagalog and other Filipino dialects (i.e.: Ybanag, Rinconada).
