Mr. Kirst is an associate attorney in Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP’s Walnut Creek office. He attended the University of Colorado Denver, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice in 2019. After graduation, Mr. Kirst worked as a police officer in the South Bay Area for approximately five years.
While serving as a police officer, Mr. Kirst attended the University of San Francisco School of Law and graduated in 2025. During law school, he earned a CALI Award in Administrative Law and competed in Moot Court.
Prior to joining BWB&O, Mr. Kirst served as a law clerk for both the Santa Cruz County District Attorney’s Office and the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office.
In his free time, Mr. Kirst enjoys snowboarding and dog training.
