Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP is very proud to announce that Elizabeth Deane has been promoted to the position of partner with the firm!
Elizabeth has been with BWB&O since 2016 and has been practicing law since 2010. She is licensed to practice in California, Nevada, and the U.S. District Courts in the District of Nevada and the Central District of California. Elizabeth’s practice with the firm focuses on complex, high-exposure cases including wrongful death suits, mass casualty cases, and serious injuries stemming from motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and products liability matters. During her time with the firm, Elizabeth has represented various high-profile clients, and has obtained two defense victories. The first being a unanimous defense verdict handed down in a jury trial, and the second having been obtained in a bench trial even though default judgment had previously been entered against the client. Over her time with the firm, Elizabeth also welcomed her daughter in August 2021 and has since spent her time sharpening her skills while mastering the art of work-life integration.
