At the most recent meeting, Partner Nicole Nuzzo spoke alongside Peak Solutions CEO, Dan Olsen and other industry experts on the subject: “Litigation in the Digital Age: Organizing and Presenting Evidence Through Electronic Means.” Ms. Nuzzo and Mr. Olsen’s presentation focused on the use of digital exhibits, presenting evidence at trial through digital means, including the use of IPads, and how Peak Solutions is assisting law firms with their transition towards becoming “paperless”.
