David Galloway is an Associate Attorney at Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara LLP’s Encinitas office. He has experience representing clients from both the public and private sector in all phases of pre-trial litigation.
David is an Encinitas native who graduated cum laude from the University of California, Santa Cruz. He subsequently received a full-tuition merit scholarship and Distinguished Student Fellowship from Chapman University Fowler School of Law. While in law school, David served as a Senior Articles Editor for the Chapman Law Review, an Academic Fellow to Professor Richard Redding, and a Judicial Extern to the Honorable David O. Carter at the California Central District Court. He also received a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Employment Law along with a Commitment to Service Award for logging over 50 hours of pro bono service.
On his free time, David appreciates traveling, snowboarding, BBQ, and spending time with his loving family and pets.
